Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Process and manage fapiaos (invoices) in compliance with Chinese tax regulations.
  • Process employee expense reports, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reimbursement.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
  • Process VAT export refunds and ensure compliance with local tax regulations. Handle export filings to ensure compliance with customs and tax requirements.
  • Act as the primary window with external accounting firms (Chinese-speaking), coordinating on audits, filings, and statutory reporting.
  • Develop and maintain cash flow projections in Excel to support decision-making and ensure sufficient liquidity.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and profit margin calculations in Excel to support management and the sales team.
  • Assist with payroll processing and statutory benefit calculations.
  • Support expense management and budgeting activities.
  • Maintain organized financial records and ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulations.
  • Communicate in Chinese and hold basic conversations in English, with strong English reading and writing skills for reports and correspondence.
  • Coordinate with our Hong Kong entity on cross-border finance, compliance, and reporting matters.
Qualifications
  • Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience in China.
  • Strong knowledge of Chinese accounting standards and tax regulations, including VAT refunds.
  • Hands-on experience processing and managing fapiaos.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data management, cash flow modeling, profit margin analysis, and report preparation).
  • Experience preparing financial forecasts, cash flow projections, sales reports, and profit margin calculations.
  • English: Strong reading and writing skills, with the ability to hold basic conversations.

About the Role

The Quality Inspector is responsible for inspecting samples, components, raw materials, in-process products, and finished products at supplier factories.
This is a hands-on and execution-focused position. The inspector verifies product quality against drawings, specifications, approved samples, and inspection requirements; documents inspection results; and reports quality issues to the team.

Who You Are

High school, technical secondary school, college diploma, or above. Previous experience in manufacturing, quality inspection, QC, or third-party inspection is preferred.
Able to understand basic engineering drawings, dimensions, tolerances, and common technical requirements.
Able to use common measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, tape measures, and height gauges.
Basic computer skills and able to use Excel, Word, and other common office software.
English proficiency is not mandatory, but basic English knowledge is required to understand common terms in drawings and inspection documents.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently and communicate clearly with suppliers and internal teams.
Experience with metal, plastic, machining, stamping, welding, injection molding, packaging, or similar products is preferred.
Basic knowledge of AQL sampling and common manufacturing processes is preferred.
Must hold a valid driver’s license, have practical driving ability, and be able to accept frequent supplier visits and occasional longer-distance business travel.

What You’ll Do

Conduct inspections of samples, raw materials, components, in-process products, and finished products at supplier factories.
Inspect product dimensions, appearance, workmanship, assembly, function, quantity, labeling, and packaging according to drawings and inspection requirements.
Use common measuring tools to perform dimensional inspections and identify non-conforming products.
Record inspection results, take necessary photos or videos, complete inspection reports, and report quality issues in a timely manner.
Communicate inspection findings with suppliers and support re-inspection or verification of corrected products when required.
Follow company inspection procedures and independently complete assigned inspection tasks.
Supplier inspections are typically required two to three times per week, mainly within approximately 200 km of Suzhou. Longer-distance travel may be required depending on project needs.
For long-distance travel, we may use high-speed trains or flights, with accommodation arranged when necessary. Business travel expenses will be reimbursed in accordance with company policy.

As a Solutions Specialist, you’ll work closely with the Chief Solutions Officer (yes, the big boss) to find, evaluate, and build relationships with suppliers. You’ll be the bridge between what clients need and what factories can deliver. This means talking to suppliers, negotiating like a pro, spotting red flags, and solving problems before they become… well, problems.
Who You Are:
  • You speak excellent Chinese AND English(written and spoken).
  • You’ve got at least 2 years’ experiencein sourcing, trading, or manufacturing.
  • You’re resourceful, practical, and unafraid to ask tough questions.
  • You can read a tech drawing and figure out why something will (or won’t) work.
  • You’ve negotiated deals, chased factories for answers, and maybe even had a few production nightmares—but you learned from them.
  • You can manage projects without handholding and can juggle priorities in a fast-moving environment.

About the Role:

We are seeking a Sourcing Engineer to identify, qualify, and manage suppliers for a wide range of products, with a strong emphasis on electrical components. This is a hands-on role that requires technical understanding, supplier negotiation skills, and the ability to manage projects from initial inquiry through to delivery. You will work closely with our Chief Solutions Officer and Sourcing Team to ensure client requirements are met with the best cost, quality, and lead time.

Who You Are:
  • At least 3 years’ sourcing or engineering experience, ideally in a trading company, manufacturing plant, or sourcing office.
  • Proven experience sourcing electrical components(e.g., cables, connectors, , motors, PCB assemblies) — this is a must-have requirement.
  • Capable of reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
  • Strong supplier evaluation and negotiation skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English(written and spoken).

About the Role:

The Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) plays a key role in ensuring that all components and products sourced from external vendors meet our company’s strict quality standards. This includes conducting audits, inspections, and performance evaluations, as well as developing and maintaining quality assurance processes. The SQE also works closely with suppliers to resolve quality or supply chain issues and drives continuous improvements to enhance overall product quality, reliability, and supplier performance.

Who You Are:

College diploma or bachelor’s degree in an engineering field, or at least 3 years of quality control experience.

  • Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control practices.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to prepare quality inspection reports in both English
    and Chinese.

  • Frequent travel within 200 km of Suzhou is required; a valid driver’s license is mandatory.
  • The time spent inspecting samples and mass-production items accounts for roughly 50 percent
    of the overall workload.
  • Inspection-related business trips typically occur two to three times per week. Long-distance travel
    is completed by high-speed train or by air. Local accommodations will be arranged when
    necessary, and weekend travel is not required.
