During a recent business trip to Canada, our Chief Solutions Officer, Dominic Desmarais, had the opportunity to meet with one of our clients, Ladderbob Products Ltd.
Ladderbob is an angle indicator installed on an extension ladder. It provides a clear visual reference when the ladder is positioned at the correct angle, resulting in a simpler setup process and safer ladder use.
The client personally inspected all 10,000 units from the production run. Out of the entire order, he found only one unit with a minor defect and was very impressed with the overall quality.
