We recently formalized our Liya Solutions Operating Principles to provide our global team with a practical reference for daily decision-making and project execution.
These principles focus on five core standards:

Respect and integrity
Treating clients, colleagues, and manufacturers fairly, while protecting trust and sensitive information.
Commercial judgment
Balancing quality, cost, timing, risk, compliance needs, and operational constraints.
Honest, practical communication
Communicating clearly, directly, and consistently so decisions can be made efficiently.
Ownership
Closing the loop, taking responsibility for work standards, staying focused on client outcomes, and acting early before problems grow.
For us, these principles are not theoretical. They reflect the standards we aim to apply every day when managing projects, evaluating suppliers, supporting clients, and coordinating China-side execution.
